In brief

As part of our Team Process, I mainly deal with litigation in the area of commercial law, where I prepare pleadings, participate in telephone court hearings and court meetings when the case is to be heard in the main proceedings.

In addition, I deal with cases within insolvency law, including forced dissolution and bankruptcy cases, where I, among other things. assists the trustee in realizing assets and conducting bankruptcy quarantine cases.

Finally, I deal with debt collection and bailiff cases, where I meet in the bailiff’s court, for example. in connection with immediate bailiff business.
