In brief

I am a lawyer with rights of audience before the Danish High Courts and a member of Advokatgruppen’s Corporate Law Team and Litigation Team.

I specialise in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial law matters.

I am an experienced litigation lawyer and advocate, and I regularly conduct court proceedings before both the Danish District Courts and High Courts.

I assist clients throughout the entire course of a dispute – from the initial assessment of the case and its litigation risks to determining the litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, and conducting the final hearing and presenting arguments before the courts.

My litigation experience covers a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, particularly cases involving contract interpretation, breach of contract and liability for damages.

In my work, I focus on quickly identifying the key issues in a case and translating complex legal and factual matters into clear, focused and persuasive advice.

My priority is to find the solution that best serves the client’s interests, whether through negotiation, settlement or litigation before the courts.

If a case needs to be brought before the courts, I work thoroughly, strategically and purposefully to achieve the best possible outcome.

As a member of the Corporate Law Team, I also advise businesses on matters including contractual relationships, company law and other commercial issues. I place great emphasis on understanding each client’s business and translating complex legal matters into clear and practical solutions that create value for the client – both legally and commercially.
