In brief

In june 2020 I completed my master’s degree in law from Aarhus University, and have since worked as an assistant attorney. I was employed by Advokatgruppen on 1 August 2022.

I am part of Advokatgruppen’s business department, where I exclusively deal with business law. I specialize in all matters relating to business transfers, where I advise on the purchase and sale of companies, including negotiation, preparation of transaction documents, due diligence on both the seller’s and buyer’s side, as well as business and company law advice related to this. In addition, I specialize in company law, where I among other things advise on matters relating to the establishment of companies, restructuring, generational change and general matters of company law.

In addition, I have extensive experience with general commercial legal advice.
